A 17th-century farmhouse and adjoining barn provide bed and breakfast accommodation at White House Farm 9 miles from Fakenham in north Norfolk. With a large garden and countryside views it offers free Wi-Fi and parking and a locally sourced breakfast. Each guest room has a shower with complimentary toiletries and hairdryer ironing facilities a wardrobe and TV. The annexe room has its own small kitchenette with a microwave oven fridge and washing machine. Rooms feature antique Edwardian furniture and timbered ceilings. A full English breakfast features White House Farm’s own eggs and homemade bread and Fairtrade tea and coffee is served. Home-cooked evening meals and picnic lunches can also be provided. White House Farm lies around 30 minutes’ drive from the north Norfolk coast with towns including Cromer and Wells-next-the-Sea just over 15 miles away. The cathedral city of Norwich and historic King’s Lynn can both be reached in 40-50 minutes.
